Roadshow @ Matrix Lvl 4

I've attended this roadshow at Lvl 4 of my working place. To cut the story short (a bit sleepy and tired now, yawn~~~~~), I just list down some of the nice quotes spoken by the speakers:

1) Entrepreneur does NOT aim to earn a lot of MONEY. It is the JOURNEY or PROCESS to CREATE something NEW on YOUR own.

2) Entrepreneur needs a lot of helps from others. PARTNERSHIP is an important issue. Build up your network extensively and know who are the people who can help you under all circumstances.

3) Bear the ETHICAL issues in mind while you are creating your business.

4) You may end up with something which is totally different from your initial objectives; that's fine.

5) An entrepreneur does NOT always win. If you want to win always, join the Civil Service. Instead, an entrepreneur should be someone who covers the most and recovers the fastest whenever he encounters failures.

6) Always humble and open for critisism.

7) Paying back to the society whenever you have succeeded.

Ok, these are what I would like to share here. Of course there are more to elaborate, but my eyes just do not allow me to do so. Anyway, the first 6 points above were spoken by Prof Edison Liu (Executive Director of GIS) who has never started up any business (well, I'll just take it as another perspectives, as in what's entrepreneurship is about from the point of view of a research scientist).
